From start to finish, building my house in Mattick's Wood was a wonderful experience. Bob Gill, of Pacific Concept Developments, made the entire process a very exciting and positive adventure. Because I know little about construction, I was nervous about having a house built so many things could go wrong or cost much more than anticipated. However, with Bob there was nothing to worry about. He guided me through each step. He helped me make appropriate decisions regarding design, materials, and expenses. When discussing prices with sub-trades. Bob Gill always negotiated with my best interests in mind. Bob even went with me to help select flooring material and lighting fixtures. Because of him, my house surpassed what I had hoped. When the job was complete, Bob made several return visits to make sure everything was as it should be. If there was a concern Bob had the problem corrected Not only did Bob Gill oversee the entire construction of my house, he also made several creative suggestions regarding features and detail.
